Return & Refund Policy
At Maya Lioré, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- All tags, boxes, and pouches must be included.
- We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage.
How to Return an Item

Email us at Mayaliorestudios@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll provide the return address and next steps within 1–2 business days.

You may use any shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend choosing a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

Please include a note inside the parcel with your name and order number so we can process it quickly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels — but it’s something we’re working on for the future.
Refunds
- Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
- If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping fee for your country will be deducted from your refund total. This helps us fairly cover part of the actual shipping costs, while still keeping returns accessible and flexible for our customers.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Mayaliorestudios@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
