📦 Shipping Rates

We keep our pricing simple and transparent:

- Free Shipping for all products

 

⏱ Delivery Timelines

- Processing Time – Orders are packed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During peak seasons or product launches, this may take up to 4 business days.

- Transit Time – Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days after dispatch.

- Total Delivery Time – From purchase to delivery, most customers receive their order in 3–9 business days.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.


🔍 Order Tracking

- As soon as your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your package’s journey from our hands to yours in real time.


🌐 International Orders

- We’re happy to ship worldwide, and for customers in the US, UK, EU, Norway, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, all duties and taxes are already included in your order — no surprise fees at delivery.

- If you’re ordering from another country, your local customs office may charge duties or taxes once your package arrives. If this happens, these fees would be paid directly to them. Every country has its own rules, so the amount can vary.

- Some countries may also have customs inspections or regulations that can delay delivery times. While this is rare, we recommend allowing a little extra time during busy seasons.

- No matter where you are, we’ll pack and send your order with care, using trusted carriers to make sure it reaches you safely.


🚚 Additional Shipping Information

- We ship using trusted, trackable carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes in certain countries due to courier restrictions.

- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

 

A Quick Note for Our U.S. Customers
From time to time, increased customs inspections or new tariff regulations may cause slight delays for U.S. deliveries. Rest assured, all tariffs are covered by us upfront, so you’ll never have extra fees at your door. We truly appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
